    Best Buy’s delivery and installation services are the worst I have ever experienced. The first attempt at delivering a refrigerator resulted in the delivery man abruptly driving off with my new refrigerator still on the truck leaving all the doors to my home open. The second attempt, the refrigerator actually made it into the house but was severely damaged. The delivery men simply plugged in the refrigerator and left, did not remove any packing. The interior was full of styrofoam, tape and plastic. They did not test the waterline, did not install the water filter. All this after paying an installation fee. Best Buy’s delivery services are horrible.

    They don’t make the connection to the water line, so i can’t use the water dispenser and the ice maker

    They came to install my fridge. They ripped the floor. Told me I could get someone to fix if and they would reimburse me. I got it fixed and when I called them to give them the bill THEY IGNORED ALL MY CALLS. When I contacted Best Buy they told them what happened they told me I would get a call within 48hrs it’s been a week… I have pictures and video of the whole incident. The sad part is I was going to settle for a gift card and they couldn’t even do that

    The best buy delivery men gouged my floors they busted my Sheetrock… the refrigerator that they replaced, which was fine, they dropped it and ripped the electrical cord out making it a paperweight that had to be disposed of and Best Buy has failed to stand behind the delivery, their insurance company has refused to even respond to emails. I will never have anything delivered from Best Buy again .

    Wouldn’t reverse doors, damaged hardware

    I asked if it was possible to get the door reversed (this model had they option), they said sorry, no, that was a different installation team…which would have been fine, except, even knowing I wanted it reversed, when they put on the handle (they could’ve at least installed that on the preferred side…they didn’t), the screw heads are stripped from camming out, and the lower hinge is overtightened to the point I can’t remove it. So I’m halfway into a door reversal, with items stuck and hardware damaged.

    The installers failed to read the instructions that said NOTE, do NOT place the refrigerator on the floor without first installing the levelers. As a result of their failure to do so they dragged the metal screws on the bottom of refrigerator across my brand new wood floors and the result was huge long scratches. I haven’t even finished paying for the floors they are so new. I cried. A claim was filed and other than an email stating they received the claim, I have heard NOTHING. I emailed the claim representative and still, nothing. Very very disappointed with my experience.

    Basically overall of the purchasing is good. but only the last part for the Installation to Existing Ice Maker Water Supply. The installation doesn't make sense and just leaving problem to me. I'll upload the picture to Best Buy for the above issue.

    Refrigerator delivery caused some property damage on my home’s main entrance door, but claims department (Sedgwick) did not provide any compensation after an initial evaluation and did not respond to my multiple phone messages left on there customer service number for the past month , where the only option is to leave messages, and no live person to talk to.

    Fridge is great. Unfortunately, the movers damaged my floor when they were adjusting the feet. They used a wrench and dug out a bit of my flooring.

    Hardwood floors were scratched by delivery team. No protective covering was put down. Entire kitchen floor now needs to be refinished … fortunately Best Buy is covering that

    Abandoned with no water all day.

    Installer damaged the water line connection (see picture) and blamed our line for the leak. Then left my wife and kids with no water until I got home. I was able to fix it in 10 minutes but my kids had to go without water for 6 hours. This was uncalled for and unprofesional so I called customer service. They put me on hold for an estimated 1.5 hours...so I called the local store which said they would transfer me to the direct customer service line....it was the same line for 1.5 hour wait. I gave up. Finally just got an email for a survey. I'm so not satisfied with best buys performance.

    There’s not enough space to list the issues but suffice it to say my fridge installation was a NIGHTMARE! And Bestbuy’s inability to manage the remedy, NIGHTMARE. I’m most bothered by BestBuy’s non responsiveness. I had a saturated wood floor and basement ceiling due to poorly connected water supply line. Im paying out the butt for repairs and BestBuy punted me to unresponsive insurance company. Horrendous HORRENOUS service, or non service.

    Great product with horrible BestBuy customer service. There were minor delivery damage to the refrigerator and I called SEVEN times in 27 days to get 2 damaged door trays finally replaced with too much mental sufferings and energy plus too much time spent. Horrible, unacceptable and intolerant customer service!

    Purchased in 2021, Ice machine has been serviced 4 times. Told by tech that it's unfixable and he was going to enter the information so we can pick out a new one. that was in Dec 2022 . Contacted geek squad several times and I'm still waiting for updated information- May 2023. I paid for a fridge and warranty. The fridge partially works and my warranty isn't being honored.

    I paid for installation and move my old refrigerator to garage, old on is seating on the way did not put where it should be, and new installation, still have foams inside the refrigerator and shelves are just sitting inside not been installed, called customer service very mean person blaming me for might not gave right instructions. very bad custormer service,

    I would put no star at all! They came but left like a ghost so unprofessional. It is so inconvenient to remove stuff from my fridge for the third time but these guys show up and just left without saying anything. We were left hanging.

    Actually this review is for Best Buy for not delivering a complete product, 2 weeks waiting for someone to contact me back & nobody did, customer service couldn’t even giving an straight answer of the issue, I end up returning the fridge & still no body has call asking why I returned it. Also had to wait 2 months to get it, when it only took Samsung 2. Days to shipped to me after I purchased straight from them.

    Refrigerator was hooked up turned on he asked me if I wanted him to remove the plastic from the front of the fridge or he wouldn't have done it and he did not install any of the refrigerator parts inside the refrigerator we had to do it all he said his hands were dirty but he asked for a bottle of water and then they left

    after the 3rd attempt ( 1st fridge was dropped off my front step on its face and smashed, 2nd fridge was damaged from warehouse) 3ed attempt and finally it arrived, i had told best buy the water connector would not fit as it was to thick and would not allow the fridge to roll back, the tube that was used leaked over night and has destroyed my kitchen hardwood floors. is this a joke, I've spent over $8000 on this kitchen laundry package and each time something is delivered they cant get it right or destroy something
