Good Experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hook-up was very easy, except that the website said that the ice maker would be hooked up to the existing valve, but the installers would not make the hook-up because we did not purchase a new water hose. The old line was in good shape and less than 3 years old. I ended up making the connection myself. It took 30 seconds. Not a big deal, but just surprising.

Best Buy delivery peeps are tops

I have actually had positive experiences with other appliance deliveries from Best Buy (washer and dryer) and this was no different! They are knowledgeable about the product and very personable. It is SO WORTH IT to have this service! Saves hauling both your old and new appliances in and out of your house and there's no way we could have done this as well or quickly as them!

The best delivery gentleman we’ve ever had

They are kind very respectful,very hard workers. But most of all they made sure to show us everything about the frig,made sure there were no dent’s and took extra care with our furniture and floors!!.. Great guys$$
