Installation was quick and efficient. No dents, dings or mis handling. Very professional.

Was nice for about 25 days .... just stopped working of course right after my able to return / exchange date lol which wasn't even 30 days.. keep that in mind. The door is hard to open to where we are literally pulling the whole freezer around just to yank it open. Otherwise it's a space saver, simple product, get what you pay for.

We had existing water ,installatiin was a piece of cake. The instructions were right on point. Overall , anyone could do it.

The team that installed the refrigerator did an excellent job of installing and clean up.

The two installation experts were right on time and did me the courtesy of notifying me three times of their arrival. They were efficient, courteous, and fast. I was worried about their having a difficult time getting the refrigerator into my basement, but I was mistaken. The two men were so fast (but careful) that I was stunned! I have an overhang going down the steps of my basement and when I moved to Chicago I was unable to set-up my old refrigerator in the basement because of this overhang.

The Best Buy delivery team did great! So happy with the delivery and installation of my new fridge!

very happy with installers, That refrigerator was so big and heavy, it was amazing how easily they maneuvered it. Many extra pieces parts to this refrigerator and they attached each and every piece, They explained the working temperature and ice making process. Great installers!

SUPER FAST, THEY PULLED THE DOOR OUT OF THE HOUSE TO MAKE SURE THEY DIDN'T SCRATCH IT, LEVELED IT, ADJUSTED, REALLY GOOD

The workers installing the fridge did a great job, i wasn't able to be home, but my wife said they were very respectful and did a wonderful job explaining everything to her.

It is working out well. Wasn't sure about the chill drawer or bottom freezer, but glad now that I chose it. Good product.

They got it in and they was out and a short. Of time they had a good conversation with him good guys I like them.

A complete disaster from the minute I placed the order until I had to perform the installation myself. The refridgerator was in stock when I ordered it but had to wait a month for installation because the included ice maker was not in stock. I told Best Buy to just install the fridge and then I would install the icemaker when it came in. Nope. It had to be done at the same time. Best Buy also required me to purchase a separate stainless steel flexible tubing line that was required with the purchase. A month later my installation time was a range of 12 hours. I'm not taking off of work for a full day so my father-in-law waited and was there for installation. I came home to find they reused the 15 year old plastic tubing line for the water line and never even opened the stainless steel line package and then never even opened or installed the ice maker either. They were both sitting on the counter next to the fridge unopened. I had to pull the fridge and redo the entire installation, including the ice maker with the new line. I found the old plastic line was "kinked" and would not allow water through so the water dispensor obviously was not working. Terrible unprofessional work and I cannot believe I actually paid Best Buy to install my refridgerator when I had to redo the entire procedure correctly and by myself. Pretty much was get in, throw in the fridge, do the worst job, and get out of there in minutes and onto the next job. I'd never let Best Buy install another appliance in my house.

Excellent service the second time around. The first delivery date was a disaster as techs refused to do almost everything and could not speak English. The second attempt I used the pre-inspection service which I highly recommend. Everything went smoothly. Jose and Falla came on time and did a great job installing. They were fast and effective. I love my new refrigerator.

The Guys were great very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure my appliance was installed correctly.

Love the product but had some problems after installation with the Sabbath factory setting and had a hard time figuring it out. Happened after the installers left and customer service could not figure it out. I had to research it and find my own answer.

Guys were good came through back yard because patio door was bigger. Was careful not to scratch fridge. Removed old fridge and connected water line. Did a good job.
