I was really happy with the installers speed and efficiency when installing this. Not much more to say other than the fact that they did a good job.

Installers were very good , putting in the new one and taking the old one out .

The men who delivered my refrigerator were so very polite . He showed me all the ines and outs of the unit. He replaced everything he needed to move back to it's original place. They kept their masks and foot covers on the entire time. Left by saying if I had any questions or problems to please call them. Also said he would call the next day to check if I was satisfied with the ice maker. A real asset to the Geek Squad. He would make a wonderful salesman.

The delivery men removed my old refrigerator and placed it in my garage. They installed the new one within minutes. They made no mess and were very professional men.

The two gentleman that delivered our frig the best!. They are kind very respectful,very hard workers. But most of all they made sure to show us everything about the frig,made sure there were no dent’s and took extra care with our furniture and floors!!.. Great guys$$

A complete disaster from the minute I placed the order until I had to perform the installation myself. The refridgerator was in stock when I ordered it but had to wait a month for installation because the included ice maker was not in stock. I told Best Buy to just install the fridge and then I would install the icemaker when it came in. Nope. It had to be done at the same time. Best Buy also required me to purchase a separate stainless steel flexible tubing line that was required with the purchase. A month later my installation time was a range of 12 hours. I'm not taking off of work for a full day so my father-in-law waited and was there for installation. I came home to find they reused the 15 year old plastic tubing line for the water line and never even opened the stainless steel line package and then never even opened or installed the ice maker either. They were both sitting on the counter next to the fridge unopened. I had to pull the fridge and redo the entire installation, including the ice maker with the new line. I found the old plastic line was "kinked" and would not allow water through so the water dispensor obviously was not working. Terrible unprofessional work and I cannot believe I actually paid Best Buy to install my refridgerator when I had to redo the entire procedure correctly and by myself. Pretty much was get in, throw in the fridge, do the worst job, and get out of there in minutes and onto the next job. I'd never let Best Buy install another appliance in my house.

The best buy service techs did a great job in connecting my waterline to my new frig. They were fast and efficient. In and out of my house within 20 minutes.

The delivery team let me know twice their time of arrival. They were prompt and friendly. All packaging was removed and the unit was inspected for functioning cold. They demonstrated operation procedures quite well. All packaging was removed and the site was left clean. They asked if I had any further questions but they had already gave much instruction. Great job!!

Instyallation of water line went smoothly. Took a while to balance the refrigerator

I ordered new appliances, and installation of the water line on the refrigerator was free. So I took advantage and let them do it, all was good!
