    Terrible installation Installer tore up my flooring under the refrigerator Broke my water line and jammed the refrigerator into the wall The refrigerator after the installer left started leaking from where the water line was pushed into the wall.

    No one has ever installed the refrigerator. It is sitting in my garage. This has been a horrible experience, and I feel as if the 800 number and the store don’t communicate with each other. It’s a new twist on the Hans Christen Andersen fairy tale.

    Failure very bad work of installation it was incomplete, do not agree with technician if they didn’t finish, call their delivery supervisor right away. The installer just want me call 800 number to have BESTBUY send another tech to install instead so lazy didn’t remove tapes too

    I ordered a Samsung Refrigerator and checked the box on the web page that said: Free connection of ice maker to existing plumbing by the delivery personnel. They did not do it and they also did not reverse the doors as I requested. Lousy service. Also back of refrigerator had a dent caused by delivery people.

    Very bad setvice. They damaged both of my front doors. Backside panal of the refrigerator. Along with this damage of the property. I have been in call with customer service for more than 1 hour now and no one has provided me a solutuon yet.

    During the install, the floor was damage and I paid for the old unit to be hauled out and the delivery guy said he could not take it because he did not have the proper dolly.

    Install was horrible due to delivery people. They put frig on it's back for 20 minutes to get doors off. After bringing into my home they couldnt get the doors on right. Never put handles on. Just up and left my home. No explanation. Went to truck for tools I thought. Got in and left. Also damaged my home.

    Damage refrigerator and no installation and the delivery person was rude i would not give 1 star so now a replacement is on the way August 12, i ordered on June 15 not happy

    They destroyed my floors to deliver and install. They told me Best Buy would reach out to fix the issue. It’s been 2 months and i have contacted support with no help whatsoever. The product also arrived damaged

    My refrigerator was not installed and old fridge was not relocated. My husband and neighbor had to take the doors off the old fridge and move it into the garage. They also installed the new fridge. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the delivery part of this purchase.

    the installers broke the freezer handle. the best buy team has rescheduled replacement of the defective product multiple times. our level of dissatisfaction cannot be overstated. we paid $3K for a defective product and terrible service.

    The water connection for my refrigerator was incorrect. They connected the water and the icemaker to the hot water instead of the cold water. So I get hot water out of my refrigerator. The issue is still ongoing and uncorrected.

    They DID NOT install when they were suppose to. Workers cancelled install on their own!!! The plastic and tape barely comes off. I had to buy and hook up water line on my own. Refrigerator works great though and I’m happy with it. Just not service at all

    My fridge was delivered with a small dent in one fo the doors. I asked the installers if they could swap it out and they told me I would have to go back to Best Buy and speak with the sales department. I would have expected that they could deal with the problem. Guess not. It is very frustrating when you spend thousands of dollars on a fridge and this is the service you get.

    Install team ruined the refrigerator on May 8 by puncturing the inside panel during installation. Replacement refrigerator backordered until December.

    It was HORRIBLE!! They did not assemble the fridge right and turns out the leaking case my basement damaged, the ceiling was crushed see photo.

    The new fridge is sitting outside because it was too heavy to get into my house and delivery staff did not have a dolly. They hauled off my old fridge so I do not have one until this one is installed.

    Why in the world would the installation crew not install the water line to the refrigerator. They took the old line and didn’t install the new. We wonder why no ice made and finally figure it out. No how do I get the rest of the install done?

    Terrible delivery and customer service. Crew dented the back of my fridge and then told me that’s normal. Customer service won’t do anything to make it right. Planning to get a refund and buy somewhere else. Best Buy customer service is very poor. Super underwhelmed.

    I was told to empty the water and ice a few times because it was a new filter. But it has been months now and the ice is coming out cloudy and makes all the water have stuff floating in it. I was given a faulty filter with my new fridge.
