Just received the package. The two giant and well built gentleman who brought the package over, went over and beyond to get the refrigerator where i wanted. They are friendly, professional and proficient worker. If its upto me, i would give them a raise because of there work ethic. They are treasures for any industry.

Was not told prior to install that the installers were not allowed to connect the water line if the shut off valve is behind a wall or under the floor, i.e. basement. So, they used the existing line, and didn't leave the waterline kit I had to buy with the fridge. Also, a tray for the freezer was either not installed or was missing. They did not test to see if the water dispenser worked before leaving, and it appears it is defective. We tried all recommended steps to get the water dispenser to work, but nothing more than drips. Best Buy is working with us to replace the fridge, but the date for replacement has been pushed out to Aug 8 (6 weeks after initial purchase of 6/23, initial delivery of 7/6).

We have always had great service with Best Buy installations and the trend continued with our fridge. On time, courteous,informative, and professional work.

These guys were good -- showed up on time, gave me advance notice, got the frig in place and hooked up quickly. Had a problem because it was about 1/8" too wide for the cabinet, so they had to help me remove the wall on one side. No fault of theirs, but they did what they could to make it fit and then we figured out a temporary solution. Thanks for working with me.

Yay !! I finally got my refrigerator delivered and set up ! No problems at all this time !!! There isn’t really much to set up with this refrigerator. Take it out of box and plug it in ! I do appreciate the gentlemen getting it to me and inside my house !
