Nice refrigerator

Samsung refrigerator delivery in the Aventura area

Fridge Headache

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was not told prior to install that the installers were not allowed to connect the water line if the shut off valve is behind a wall or under the floor, i.e. basement. So, they used the existing line, and didn't leave the waterline kit I had to buy with the fridge. Also, a tray for the freezer was either not installed or was missing. They did not test to see if the water dispenser worked before leaving, and it appears it is defective. We tried all recommended steps to get the water dispenser to work, but nothing more than drips. Best Buy is working with us to replace the fridge, but the date for replacement has been pushed out to Aug 8 (6 weeks after initial purchase of 6/23, initial delivery of 7/6).

Easy set up

No problems at all this time !!! There isn’t really much to set up with this refrigerator. Take it out of box and plug it in ! I do appreciate the gentlemen getting it to me and inside my house !
