Installation was easy and worked great. My ice machine works perfect

The 1st delivery team was the worst, we were having problems with our water and they left WITHOUT SAYING A WORD!!! The 2nd team was wonderful!!! They were knowledgeable and communicative about what was going on, they even moved my other fridge into the basement (which the 1st team didn't even bother checking and told us they could take are old one away)!!!!!! Wonderful guys!!!!!

Has to get a new freezer due to the weather. So far so good, we have not had any issues so far

The refrigerator was not set up properly and if you don't hold on to the door when you open it, it will swing open quickly and hit the cabinets. The door is also 1/2 inch higher on the right side than the left side and is visibly crooked. The wheels should have been adjusted when it was delivered and installed but a lower panel has to removed to do that. Thus, the reason why it probably wasn't done right because it would take a little more time. I've called and chatted at least 4 times and finally someone is supposed to come 12/19 and do it right. That's a month after it was installed and getting "run around the bush" by Best Buy's Tech Support Geeks!! Hope it gets corrected 12/19/2020.

Excellent service, good experience, on time, and very polite

Everything was connected as it should have been. However, the refrigerator doors are not even—one sits higher than the other. This could impact the temperature on the refrigerator side as it feels as though it does not cool properly. There is also a random shelf that no one explained the function for.

We got a new refrifg and had BB do the delivery and installation. They were able to move us up a day earlier and the team that come out was professional in appearance and did a quality job. We had an old water line and they replaced it, and in the process, some water leaked. The two men quickly reacted and immediately cleaned up the water, and they took the trash with them, not in my trash can but back with them to the office. Not a big deal but impressed the wife. There was no water damage and it was superficial to the installation job that they did. I was impressed.

The guys who installed my fridge were great. They were very nice and wore masks. The install was quick and painless

The installation crew was friendly and helpful. However, no leveling devices were included, so they resorted to using some cardboard I had available. That's been ineffective, and my freezer is not level and easily tilts.

The two guys were nice but they rushed the set up. They have to remove the doors but had hard time to put the freezer door back specially the two water lines. Two weeks later the door came loose so I have to report it to BB to have some one to come and fix it tomorrow. We'll see how it goes.

We had to do a bit of a work around, and the fellows helped out. Success!

In and out in no time, including install demo. No issues

Its nice. I would have liked more options for shelf heights, but it works. Is quiet. Would have like a handle on the side of the door too, instead of on the bottom. its like you have to bend down to open it and im not that tall. Bit weird.
