Incomplete but helpful

The tubing/connections from our previous Fridge were still hanging from the wall and they said that would work, however they were not allowed to use previous materials so they did not hook up our products do to liability reasons. While really disappointed that we paid for installation that wasn't done, I will say, the gentleman who came out did show us exactly what to do to connect it ourselves with the existing connections. That's the reason for the 3 star rating (instead of 1 for not completing the service), he didn't leave us high and dry, but unfortunately, again, couldn't do the installation himself.

The professionalism and expertise far outweighed other delivery services we experienced just in the past week with other purchases from other companies. We are so overly satisfied that we will be returning in the near future for additional appliances.
