NIGHTMARE! This is the second refrigerator that has been delivered that makes these awful sounds when the freezer is working. The first made same noise and has a dent in the front door. I have been on hold for over 10 hours trying to get this resolved by talking to a rep. I went to best buy today and was told I have to use the rep. And that he cant help. I want a different brand of refrigerator and this insignia taken back. I live in a park model and have to remove my sliding doors a d handrail every time a delivery comes. I am beyond frustrated with best buy over this issue.

This crew went above and beyond! I had a family emergency very last minute and cancelled my original appointment. The young lady called me back on her last delivery of the evening and said she could still fit me in that evening if I wanted. They were kind, professional and timely. Honestly never dealt with a better delivery crew, I am very satisfied and grateful.

I bought my refrigerator and had it delivered. They brought the water line I paid for and installed the refrigerator and everything worked perfectly!!!

We purchased the refrigerator and had it installed by Best Buy. We had an issue with the water dispenser leaking which was mentioned to the Geek Squad agent who followed up and advised us a replacement door would need to be ordered. I waited to here back but did not get any communication regarding the replacement door. Another appointment was made and during this visit the diagnosis was that a part needed to be ordered and the refrigerator was now out of warranty. I was advised to follow-up with the Geek Squad manager and called and left messages with no return call. I will attempt to follow-up with management regarding this issue because the previous Geek Squad technician did not order the door and now the refrigerator is out of warranty. I am not happy with the level of service that has been provided regarding this appliance and will have to reassess my loyalty to Best Buy.

Installation of my Samsung refrigerator went well. The crew arrived a little early which was fine, and they took my old fridge away. I don’t know if it was a Covid protocol, but they weren’t allowed to install the shelves in the refrigerator. However, we were able to install the shelves with no problems.
