This was a great experience. They called to let me know they'd be out a little earlier than expected and arrived promptly when they said they would. They took my old fridge with no issues and carried the new one in on a sling so it didn't even touch the floor on the way over. I was worried the floor might be scratched but they already though of that. I'll definitely be using Geek Squad for my future appliance deliveries.

The team was super nice and well knowledgeable. They did an excellent job.

They said that the included tubing and connectors that we were told to purchase would not work. The tubing/connections from our previous Fridge were still hanging from the wall and they said that would work, however they were not allowed to use previous materials so they did not hook up our products do to liability reasons. While really disappointed that we paid for installation that wasn't done, I will say, the gentleman who came out did show us exactly what to do to connect it ourselves with the existing connections. That's the reason for the 3 star rating (instead of 1 for not completing the service), he didn't leave us high and dry, but unfortunately, again, couldn't do the installation himself.

The install team did their work very well and were quite courteous. They kept any and all disruptions to the bare minimum needed to do their work.

It was a pleasure to have the right line available for installation. The technician hooked it all up on the first trip and we haven't had any issues since.

No issues what so ever!! I particularly liked the length of it as it allowed me to pull the refrigerator out to paint behind it without having to disconnect.

I can't say enough positive comments about the installation of the Bespoke refrigerator and the removal of the old refrigerator. Best Buy contacted us the day before delivery and shortened the delivery time window, and contacted us again when they were on their way! Everything was set up and working perfectly when they were done, and they explained start-up functions.

This service works as expected and as anticipated.

This crew went above and beyond! I had a family emergency very last minute and cancelled my original appointment. The young lady called me back on her last delivery of the evening and said she could still fit me in that evening if I wanted. They were kind, professional and timely. Honestly never dealt with a better delivery crew, I am very satisfied and grateful.
