XPO was the 3rd party agency that was contracted to delivery our 4 kitchen appliances. They refused to bring the refrigerator into the house claiming it wasn’t part of the drop off service although our invoices clearly stated they were to bring it in our kitchen, unpacked so we could check for damages and to make sure it was the correct item. After several phone calls they ended up bringing it in. Btw they were 2 hours late. I installed it. Basically hooked up the water line and plugged it in. As part of the phone conversations BB scheduled a new appointment to install the refrigerator. They showed up on time and checked my installation and told me I needed a water shut off in the water line behind the refrigerator or it would void the warranty. And insisted the water line was copper although the refrigerator line that you connect to is plastic. Needless to say I was distraught over the whole ordeal.

They didn’t ask but one had the masks on after they took the old refrigerator down and brought the new one up, but not the other guy! They had to take the door down to bring it in. Good job!
