New refrigerator install went great!

They were able to move us up a day earlier and the team that come out was professional in appearance and did a quality job. We had an old water line and they replaced it, and in the process, some water leaked. The two men quickly reacted and immediately cleaned up the water, and they took the trash with them, not in my trash can but back with them to the office. Not a big deal but impressed the wife. There was no water damage and it was superficial to the installation job that they did. I was impressed.

Needing to talk to someone about what we ordered in February and should have rewards points. My husband Jeff used his card. Are they both attached together for points.

While I could have done the install myself, they saved me a boatload of time and frustration! Plus, they can do it in half the time I could.

You pay for residuals

We said we didn’t want it because of the extra costs. He said the installer will try to use the existing one, and would ask if we wanted to use the new one. When the installer arrived and started, he ripped open the new box immediately and now we are left with a perfectly good used waterline. It is a small thing, but feel lied to by the salesman.
