However, the freezer drawer was inserted off track, which caused frost build up due to freezer not sealing all the way. Had to fix it myself. Glad I’m handy or I probably would be more annoyed.

Around 11:30pm, I received two phone calls from Best Buy notifying me of a late delivery. However, Omar and Kelly both came around noon, promptly hauled away my old fridge, and installed the new one. They also took care not to scratch my elevator. Very professional, prompt service.

I am going to request a different fridge; same brand and size. I would recommend overall but not this particular unit due to fan noise.
