The Best Buy team does a great job of hiring people that do a great job with delivery/installation. 2 young guys delivered our appliances to our new house and wore their masks, booties and were very careful not to damage our walls, etc. They then showed us briefly how to use our appliances and asked if we had any questions. I have had them deliver appliances in the past and would never buy anywhere else because of the quality customer service.

The guys were super quick and setup my Samsung Fridge in the house. The employees look like they were in a rush! They were in and out in a flash without saying too much to us. Over all they did a good job. My only minor grip is when the delivery guys installed and setup my fridge they taped the ice maker line behind the fridge but it came off. No big deal. I just neatly lined up the hose and zip tied it myself. Over all good job. No one is perfect.

This was a follow up from our original delivery of the refrigerator. XPO was the 3rd party agency that was contracted to delivery our 4 kitchen appliances. They refused to bring the refrigerator into the house claiming it wasn’t part of the drop off service although our invoices clearly stated they were to bring it in our kitchen, unpacked so we could check for damages and to make sure it was the correct item. After several phone calls they ended up bringing it in. Btw they were 2 hours late. I installed it. Basically hooked up the water line and plugged it in. As part of the phone conversations BB scheduled a new appointment to install the refrigerator. They showed up on time and checked my installation and told me I needed a water shut off in the water line behind the refrigerator or it would void the warranty. And insisted the water line was copper although the refrigerator line that you connect to is plastic. Needless to say I was distraught over the whole ordeal.

In my case there was no water line available and it was just a matter of asking the installer to turn off that feature. Everything else works fine.
