The guys were on time, called ahead of time, and had the new refrigerator installed quickly. Did not bang up walls or flooring.

The delivery guys did a good job unboxing and installing our freezer. Cleaned up after themselves well.

Delivery was uneventful and conducted without incident. My only complaint is that when we bought this frig, we specifically told the sales person we want to use this in the garage. Low and Behold once delivered and I read the manual closely this model is not considered "Garage Ready" meaning it won't operated below 60 degrees. The manual actually recommended the models that are garage ready. So making a long story short I was able to exchange the one delivered for a different model that was garage ready. That sales person could have saved me a bunch of time trying to unscrew the overlsight! We are still waiting for the replacement. Luckily for use we don't need this urgently and no harm in the wait.

Great refrigerator, the installation went smoothly and it operates well.

Was able to install without issues but it had to be checked.

I have had my refrigerator for about a month. It is very noisy when the freezer fan goes on. Something vibrates loudly and I have not been able to locate the source. Also there is no dairy compartment. And not enough shelves in the freezer section. Refrigerator arrived with scratched/gouged plastic trim on the top right corner. I was offered $100 store credit but declined to get a perfect fridge. I waited 3-4 weeks for the order . Upon delivery of the second one, Geek Squad recommended I check out the new one on the truck before they did anything. Before I even got out to the truck, they returned to tell me that the new one had worse damage in exactly the same part as the one I had. Yet another one is ordered. It seems to be a manufacturer problem and is very frustrating.

The installer did a great job installing the water line. He was careful in moving my frig so to not scratch my hardwood floors. Very pleased.
