Perfect install. Did have to ask them to move it which was fine.

The refrigerator installation crew (a driver, an installer and a helper, NOT the Geek Squad) called about 30 minutes ahead of arrival and then arrived 20 minutes after the time frame stated which was between 7 - 11 am. My appointment was their first installation of the day. The main installer was experienced and taught the helper on the spot how to use the two-man strap to haul away the old unit and then to bring in the new unit. After the old unit was removed, I had a few minutes to dust and vacuum the walls and floor. After the new unit was brought in, the installer plugged in the electric cord and hooked up the water line, looked inside both interiors, briefly adjusted the bottom corner of the freezer door and pulled off the thick plastic sheets protecting the outside surfaces with some help from the driver who appeared without an introduction. The driver's band-aid fell off his hand and they left it for me to clean up after them. Meanwhile, the helper had to use my bathroom after a few minutes helping to deliver and haul away the units, and didn't come out of the bathroom until the other two had completed their installation and the installer had to come back from their truck and call him out a second time. He never said a word to me as he left. The installer opened each side and made sure that the water and lights were on and water dispensing. I expected the run down of the main features such as the air filter, water line coiled up on the bottom behind the drawer, the ice and water dispenser and ice maker and electronic panel before the installer left. After a few seconds of review on the front door electronic panel, he pointed out the operating manual inside of the drawer still taped together to the inside walls as all of the shelves were. Before he left, I asked why the doors weren't aligned and unevenly hanging, he said the doors are heavier on one side and that's the way they are made. I guess I have to live with that although all of the pics I've seen, doors hang evenly and are aligned. I guess they had to rush off and move on to the next delivery and haul away.

Nice and spacious. Has energy star rating so saving compared to the old one i had our in my garage. Lots of room in here and like the set up of the shelving. Does only hold smaller items but hoping that helps with longevity. Had it delivered and they got it all set up for me and made sure I had everything I needed before they left.

The initial side-by-side refrigerator that was delivered had moments when its noise was more than the previous 18 yr old one that we replaced (even though it was less than 1 week old). This seemed like an anomaly, so it was easily worked out with Best Buy that this new one would be replaced. It was a wise choice since the 2nd unit does not have the same issues as the first one. The original one may have rec'd some damage during shipping that was not visually obvious. The flexibility from Best Buy was appreciated rather than having to go through a longer process of having to debate our issues. We are quite satisfied with the GE refrigerator after resolving our concerns; is actually very quiet and is working nicely.

The space we have to fit a frig in is just a bit over 60 inches tall. Finding a quality refrigerator at a reasonable price that is that height these days proved to be more difficult than we had imagined. This frig is a little narrower than the old one (GE 2003). But the Frigidaire design is much cleverer. We're able to pack it full with less fuss and it is much easier to keep organized and clean. The chrome is also a plus-fewer fingerprints and smudges. The frig is light compared to its ancient predecessor. The BestBuy deliverymen parked their truck at the base of the hill we live on (a good 150 feet upslope). They could have driven up the drive but chose to carry the new frig up, install it, and take the old one away carrying it on their backs. All in less than a few minutes!

The team that came to take away the old refrig. and install the new one were very good. I was surprised at their customer service attention to detail. they removed the front door hinges and door and when they were done put it back. they attached the water line and tested, no leaks and they removed all plastic wrap they could see, their was more that I found later on. They put all the bins in and cleaned up. After reading all the bad reviews on the delivery service at Best Buy I was relived and surprised at how well mine went.

The Geek Squad was here exactly on time. They gave a courtesy call a half hour before arriving. They were friendly and went straight to work removing our old refrigerator and installing our new one. They hooked up the water and slid it in place, removing enough tape to check and make sure everything worked properly. The whole process took about a half hour. I was very impressed with the installer's efficiency. Many thanks to the Geek Squad once again for a job well done!

Didn't care for the sliding door to be left open during the install to where I had to keep closing it in the middle of the winter. Didn't care for all the work I had to do to prepare the path and home for them to come over to install. They broke half the threads off the water connection but still got things to work. They don't level the refrigerator nor remove the tape and the packing materials from inside the refrigerator but that's okay. I did like that the app gives you a checklist to go through before they get to your property and they let you track the truck the day of delivery. I like that they give me text notifications related.

This is probably the best service I've purchase from best buy. Could I have done it? Yes. Isn't it great that I didn't have to? Also yes. The guys who came and install my fridge where very professional, and fast! They did a great job.

The water where I live is not suitable to my taste, so I made sure there was no ice maker. It was ready to use as soon as it hit temp.

I had a great experience with the refrigerator installation service. The technicians arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. They handled the appliance with care and ensured it was installed correctly and securely. They also took the time to explain how to use the features and advised on best practices for maintenance. The installation was quick, clean, and efficient—no mess left behind. Everything was tested before they left, and the fridge has been working perfectly since. I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend it to others.

I ordered a heavy side-by-side with in-door water and ice for my split-level home. The delivery team did a great job—they even managed to get the refrigerator through a doorway, even though it turned out to be slightly too big. The listing description wasn’t accurate, and although I had measured carefully, it still didn’t match the actual dimensions. They let me know afterward just to keep me informed, even explained how to take it apart if I ever need to get it back out. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was damaged while being taken off the truck. As for the in-door water, I was initially told the measurements would never be accurate unless I ran a larger-diameter supply line. Months later I found out all it needed was a calibration, which was in the manual—I could have caught that myself. Despite the damage, the team worked hard and overall it was still a mostly positive experience.

Have had this for only over a mont, seems like a great vale for the money, looks very nice. We bought as a second fridge, but it would work for a smallish family, did not need the Icemaker. So far so good!

The initial installation team was a disaster. They made no attempt to install the new refrigerator citing that the doorways were too small. Never mind that the existing refrigerator was the exact same size as the incoming unit. They didn't even try. Customer Service was awesome though. They listened to our concerns and the delivery/installation was rescheduled. The second team was very professional. They handled disconnecting the water supply, the old frig was removed. The new frig went right into place and was installed in record time. I will be in touch with Customer Service again regarding the first installation team. No one else should have to experience this.

Installer showed up on time. Heavy load for one person, could be a safety or health issue. Required calling geek squad to get final set up complete,with fixing air filter door, leveling of refrigerator and getting French doors even.. hard working guy, but two people probably would have caught minor issues. Refrigerator had a 2 1/2 inch gouge on side. Installer said he would submit photo for adjustment. Never happened have had to make numerous calls to customer service on their offer of gift card,which has not been finally approved.

Great professional service ! They were efficient had to remove the door but placed it back no issues. Navigated the space with our fridge without banging or denting the walls ! Very knowledgeable. They arrived early too !

My refrigerator was delivered with great care. I have no water hook up so he very kindly made sure the ice maker was turned off. He also showed us the tool & how to use in case the doors got out of alignment. To me he went over & above was was required

Enjoying my New Whirlpool. I can’t complain it’s doing exactly what it’s supposed to do. It’s roomy and it keeps my food at the right temperature what more can I ask for. Would have been perfect if it had come with an ice maker. But I still love it.
