The first one that was delivered did not have a working freezer light. I tried to get it fixed but the Geek Squad Tech. Said the part was not available, so they replaced the refrigerator. The replacement refrigerator has a couple of small dings in it though. It’s a garage fridge., so I didn’t bother to report it. Actually afraid they’d want to replace it again. I most likely won’t be buying my next appliance from Best Buy.

When we bought our refrigerator, the salesperson tacked on a new connecting waterline even though we already have one that works. We said we didn’t want it because of the extra costs. He said the installer will try to use the existing one, and would ask if we wanted to use the new one. When the installer arrived and started, he ripped open the new box immediately and now we are left with a perfectly good used waterline. It is a small thing, but feel lied to by the salesman.

Installation of our Samsung Refrigerator was done by Best Buy Installers and did a great job. One door was dented and they brought another refrigerator but we asked them if they could just change the damaged door and they did. We are very happy with the service we received and the refrigerator we purchased. Best Buy is the best!

We had a little over 2 months before we could move in to our new home and Best Buy helped us to schedule our refrigerator right about the time we would move on and the service to get it installed on our second floor was excellent..the installation team were very professional and helped us with all our queries ..highly recommend the total tech membership .worth the money.

These guys did a great job. They were all business and got right to it. They took extra precautions and made sure to do it right the first time.

Moving my old fridge to the garage, and installing thi new one in our kitchen. All in all worth having them deliver and install! Professional quality. Just wish with the time window and the early set up for the date we were not at the end of that time slot and then having to wait over an extra hour for the men to show up. On that issue i can only blame Best Buy.

I was concerned that my 18 year old water line connection wouldn’t work. But my delivery team connected the water line with no problems.

Two guys were quick, efficient, friendly, and took care not to damage anything.

the install was fast. came on time and everyone was very nice

delivery and installation very fast but they were too hurry, knocked and rang door bell twice in less than 5 seconds! when I ask them to place my washer on the available plastic tray, they asked if I want to do it myself :) But overall I appreciated their hard work!
