On time delivery. Failed to level fridge...

One problem though was they never bothered to level it before they left. Open the right side door and the fridge was wobbly. Had to call them to come back and fix it. They came right away. No big deal..knocked off one star for that though...

Fridge install

They were careful and considerate of my house and kitchen. They installed a fridge for us and took the old one away. I have an old house with narrow doors which meant that they had to do quite some maneuvers to get the old one out and the new one in. They did a superb job.

Unprofessional installation

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I paid for professional installation which I thought they were Supposed to remove all packaging and tape from outside and inside of refrigerator but was told by Robert that I had to remove tape on inside. I didn’t have to much of a problem with that but when I read the manual it said that the refrigerator had to be leveled with the front higher than back or it could ruin the refrigerator but he did not do that. If my refrigerator messes up then Best Buy will be responsible for replacing since their tech did not do what he was paid to do. Very unprofessional.
