Best Buy's delivery service has got to be one of the worst in the business. It took them 3 tries to actually get our fridge delivered. First try - delivery team refused to bring the unit up our driveway. Too much of an incline. Second try - cancelled 10 minutes after reconfirming. No reason other than no staff available. Third try was a charm. Team of 2 got it done. They were professional and friendly. 5 stars for them. BUT ZERO STARS for Best Buy's delivery service in general. ZERO!

The installation was completed as expected. pretty good.

Installation was done very professionally and efficiently.

Not 'ready to use'. The refrigerator came with dents in the front, and a defect in the freezer drawer - all very noticeable. We were offered a refund which we refused. Parts to replace the dented sections came a week later. Install was fine. We should have gotten a discount for the condition of the fridge. Also, it comes wrapped in plastic which was taken off outside, so I don't know if it came from the used warehouse. // Parts came and the fridge works. However, it does not have soft-close doors, so be aware of that. Also, there is a light that stays on all the time.

I was expecting a refrigerator dolly banging on each step, having to back up to my front door because it is a wide door, crossing the lawn, rolling the dolly across the hardwood floors, etc. NO OF THAT. They removed the door handles on the refrigerator so it would fit through my 28" door, used a forearm strap lift and the two guys carried it in. The old refrigerator went out the same way. Not a scuff nor scratch on the house. Water line connected and in a very short time they were pulling out of the drive. Well worth it.

Install experience was terrible. They brought the fridge we ordered in and left before I could fully inspect. Unit was damaged by the men brining it in. Also they damaged my walls and my deck upon me looking around to see if they had done anything else. Waiting on the door replacements for the fridge damage. Also they are supposed to set it up and didn’t level it or anything. Never again.

These work like a charm and is super conveniece. Works great!
