Excellent GEEK squad service

They were able to get the fridge unpacked and moved into the house. Fridge fit into the space perfectly and connecting the water line was a breeze for the GEEK squad staff. One handle did not fit properly on the door. He immediately called in for the replacement. They both left their cards to contact them when the replacement arrived. They were very nice and handled everything with great care.

Simple installation I guess

Efficient and Painless!

I had two men show up to relocate my current fridge to the basement. Then they installed the new fridge in the kitchen. They made sure it was level and cleaned up after themselves. The price was worth it to have them move the old fridge. Worth every penny!

YES the doors must be removed. YES I measured and ASKED prior to purchase, measured carefully, and had to install same after their refusal. That's me and my 75 year old husband with replaced shoulders and knees and a bad back. PFUI!!! PS I removed a slightly larger fridge OUT same kitchen so they wouldn't have to... by my own fine self!!!

I’ve tried Home Depot in the past and based on that experience solely go with Best Buy. I should add that most of these installs happened a couple of years ago and I’m only now putting in my review.
