They carefully removed my old refrigerator protecting my floors, cabinets and furniture. They installed my new refrigerator with the same excellent level of care. No muss and no fuss. The new refrigerator was hooked up perfectly and double checked for function. First Rate Install.

White Samsung French Door Refrigerator

Est Buy delivery crew. They were polite, nice, and took great care to not damage doorways, etc. Fast, efficient service. Best Buy also followed up with a phone call and email to be sure we were happy with our purchase.

Water line experts

Upon removing the old refrigerator, the discovery was made that my water line was in great shape. In fact, the water line from my old refrigerator was the same one that I was told I had to purchase to have Best Buy hook it up on delivery day. I was able to use my existing water line and return the one that I had purchased with the delivery guys so I didn’t even have to go back to the store that day. All in all, delivery and water line hook up went better than expected.

AMAZING

Doorway was slightly smaller than I initially thought (husband measured incorrectly). But, these guys help figure it out and got the fridge in the anticipated spot without a scratch, ding or even breaking a sweat.
