Successful delivery

Had to remove fridge’s doors in order to fit the new fridge through the kitchen island and do the same for the old one. Job done without complaints and eager to help. Im very happy with how the delivery went

Two arguments and a broken flowerpot.

When he was about to replace it, I had to argue with the installer again to remove an access panel - 4 screws - to install the BB required stainless hookup for icemaker and water directly to the Copper Plumbing (I won that argument) . Finally he and his helper broke a ceramic 14" high pot holder on our front porch while loading in the new fridge. He never admitted he did it, or say he was sorry. I would not recommend this service to a friend, but what other choice do I have?
