third party installations waste time and money

They were NOT switched before delivery. The delivery man was not pleased and he complained about it. He also put his greasy dirty hand prints all over the refrigerator and didn't clean it very well. There were issues which had to be resolved and the Geek Squad had to come to my home to resolve those issues. Had a good delivery service been used (perhaps NOT a third party) the work would be done right the first time saving time and money for the consumer as well as to BEST BUY. The delivery people rushed and banged into my doorway in the kitchen and chipped the paint...Because of their ineptitude i would be inclined to never purchase a large appliance from Best Buy again.

A negative turned into a positive just by caring

I have to say they took the damage refrigerator out and put the new one in and were apologetic about the damaged one. They actually cared about my unfortunate situation. I would ask for those two particular installer for everything I purchase. Such a pleasure to finally have caring professional installers.

The technicians were professional and courteous. I had all my questions answered and they removed my other refrigerator as well. I wouldn’t have any issues using Best Buy in the future the technicians took very good care of my purchase, provided a safe environment for my family and respected my home. Thank you for pleasant experience.
