They installed it fine but took no wrapping off I was told to do it not their job because they might get fingerprints on refrigerator. They put handles on which means I have paper wrap left around handles because I can't see or know how to get handles off. Not good service especially for low vision senior citizens

The first refrigerator that was delivered to our house had a dent on the side, unfortunately. However, the two men who took out our old one and sent up the new one were very professional, took great care going in and out our back door with the bulky refrigerators, and set everything up efficiently. One week later we had a different experience when a second (undented) refrigerator was delivered by two different men who were not so careful taking the dented refrig out our back door. Best Buy outsources their deliveries, so I still think Best Buy should get top rating. The relatively minor damage done to our property has been repaired.

I dont know what this is but it was awesome. I have not personally got a refrigerator from here so not sure why it wants me to reveiw it but i ha e always had good products and service from best buy so it was probably awesome.

Installation went great installers did a excellent job

The first installation was not great they bumped into our door frame and made a few dents while also installing incorrectly. We ended up getting a replacement fridge and they were great at installing and taking the other fridge out without damaging our door or frame. Overall better then having to figure out how to get it inside ourselves.

This is the ideal sized fridge for two or three people. Any bigger means you fill it with crap that you will toss out. Better than the ideal size is the four doors to three spaces. The top doors are French, open to a single fridge space. The bottom two open to separate freezer spaces. The external door handles are flush and so there is no handle extending into the kitchen. there is no ice maker so there is all that usable space inside the fridge and freezer. It’s quiet and beautiful and simple and functional. You will be better off with a smaller fridge and this one is ideal.

The delivery & install team did a great job. They were actually exchanging a defective unit that I had delivered the week before, from the same 3rd party company BB contracted. They took the time to protect the flooring. They leveled the unit (Which the first time around that team did not do), installed the handles, connected the water, installed the filter, and verified everything was working properly. This unit was going up to the second floor on two sets of stairs, if you measure the unit it will fit with the stair railing attached but would be very tight. Instead of risking damage to the unit, they removed the railing and then screwed it back in when they were done. It would of been quicker for them to just leave the railing and probably scrape the unit and hope the protective film protects it, but these guys took the time to be very careful which is appreciated as I have had other large items delivered by other companies and they would not take the time to remove the railing to make a little more room to manuever properly. We are very happy with the purchase. (Refrigerator) it has more room than the old one. It works fantastic. Lot of ice, easy to open and close. Also to clean its exterior. We need to mention that we had an excellent service, nice people making the delivery, very pleasant staff.

We really love this Refrigerator. It makes ice super quick, refills the water jug as soon as you close the door and keeps everything nice and cold, Plenty of room to store all our groceries. The only complaint is the shelves. We tried to separate the adjustable shelves and they just don't sit right on there own. A little nervous of there breaking, so we reconnected them. We have a small galley kitchen and the fridge fits perfectly. Super easy to clean the stainless steal. I just wipe with a damp cloth and buff with a paper towel. No streaks

Three men came in did a really nice job protecting everything professional but did not adjust the door properly. It’s a half inch off. I trusted him and my wife caught onto it right away when she got home waiting for someone to contact us to repair that or fix it.

The guys came in a knew for the most part what they were doing. One of them try to remove a (Sticker) but it was actually part of the refrigerator pad of buttons. It is now loose and might fall off at anytime. Connections is great no leaks its been over a year and good customer service.

The Samsung refrigerator was installed with no problem at all. They were professional and courteous and respectful of my home. They asked question and offered great information regarding the refrigerator.

Not to happy first one that they brought out the doors were damaged, had to wait a week for replacement. The second one has a buzzing noise still have the noise and don't want to go through it again for replacement not happy

We had the space ready for the installation. They unpackage the freezer. Installed it, made sure it was working AND remve all of the packing materials!!!! Couldn't be happier.

Arrived on time. Installation was seamless. Very professional and polite. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions the refrigerator could not be completely unwrapped during installation. Upon unwrapping the refrigerator I discovered a dent in the freezer door. I am currently using the installed unit until a replacement refrigerator arrives.

I really like my new whirlpool refrigerator. It fits nicely in the kitchen, is spacious, and looks really nice. Its easy to clean on the outside. My only complaint so far is the 2 bottom bins that hold drinks, are a little flimsy.

The installers did a phenomenal job getting the fridge up the stairs and through the right doorway and actually listened to my wife (I have two doorways to the kitchen, one is bigger than the other). I just had my interior painted, but they took extra care with the walls. The guys were courteous and efficient.

I recently had Geek Squad install a new refrigerator, and I’ve got to say, the whole experience was smoother than I expected. The installer called ahead, showed up on time, and handled everything with care. They took out the old unit, moved the new refrigerator into place, leveled it, connected the water line, and even checked to make sure all the doors were sealing properly. They didn’t rush, but they also didn’t drag things out. The cost was reasonable for the service provided, and seeing the fridge set up correctly gives me peace of mind. Definitely worth doing if you want it done right.

Love my refrigerator. Do not like the freezer on the bottom on refrigerators, so this worked well. Would have given 5 stars, but had to get a replacement because the first one was broke. I had a hard time getting it resolved, until i reached the right person with best buy. LG was zero help and had to talk with AI.

Overall we are very happy with the installation. The waterline was hooked up and is working great. However, the installers left all the shelving an trays packed and inside for us to remove. They also did not offer any instruction other than pointing out the user manual. But the refrigerator fit great and was up and running in no time.
