Fridge installation and moving of old fridge.

My new LG counter depth fridge is in place and my old side by side has been moved to my garage. It wasn’t easy but the guys did a great job all the way around. After having dealt with Home Depot, it was very refreshing to have the Best Buy team take care of everything. Yes, a couple of mis-steps initially but all done now and I’m happy.

Two arguments and a broken flowerpot.

When he was about to replace it, I had to argue with the installer again to remove an access panel - 4 screws - to install the BB required stainless hookup for icemaker and water directly to the Copper Plumbing (I won that argument) . Finally he and his helper broke a ceramic 14" high pot holder on our front porch while loading in the new fridge. He never admitted he did it, or say he was sorry. I would not recommend this service to a friend, but what other choice do I have?

Refrigerator Install

However, the first two gentleman wouldn't even bring the refrigerator into the house as they said it wouldn't fit. Then it turned out they had the wrong refrigerator anyways. The second installers showed up 4 days later and walked it right into the kitchen and told me that the first two guys have a reputation from "dropping and driving". The second installers were very courteous and professional.
