Installers were courteous and careful as they installed my new refrigerator

The crew wore masks and gloves for safety. They relocated my previous fridge. They were fast and courteous. I did purchase a new waterline for them to install. They ask that we discard the first 2 batches of ice and run a couple gallons of water before using the water/ice just to make sure the water line was flushed. If purchasing multiple items for install, consider the Total Tech package to get discounts.

We are very happy with our new LG refrigerator. We had a previous LG with no complaints and it is now being used as a backup. We knew we wanted another LG and it has not disappointed. Love having the new smaller not half moon ice cubes. I have read where some do not like having to open both doors in order to use the slide out deli drawer but this does not bother us.

the cooling is accurate and the size is good for a small room.

The guys delivered the fridge and did the install in less than 30 minutes. The fridge had a bad scratch on it from there they cut the packaging and I had to take all of the packaging off the drawers.

The delivery was quick and efficient. They dismantled and removed my old refrigerator very quickly and were careful navigating around the other furniture (I,e area rug, dining room table) when exiting my home. They set up the new fridge and checked to make sure that everything was operable. The whole process took less than an hour.

The installers did the bare minimum. Arrived in a non Best Buy truck, came to the door with no mention of Best Buy. After I asked if they were delivering a refrigerator, 1 guy finally spoke. They quickly brought it in, hooked it up. Aside from telling me to wash the interior before using, that was it. They were gone. Within 2 minutes the freezer door alarm started beeping and kept beeping. Long story short, it was not user error, but a malfunctioning product that required replacement. If the installers had spent just a few more minutes during install to see if all was working properly, it would have saved much user aggravation, calls to manufacturer & a service call.
