Superb service

They were on time. They called ahead to confirm. They were so polite and courteous. They took away my old appliances and installed the new one and went over how it all worked. No one gives service like this anymore!!! They were awesome!

Otherwise, an excellent job. They were careful, had aligned the doors perfectly, and provided helpful hints about all the functions.

The tech guys quickly set up the refrigerator, making certain everything was functioning properly & making certain we understood everything we needed to know. Love the new LG refrigerator, it’s space with room for everything we need. I hope it will last for many many years!

Great technician

Dispatcher was a little stuck up. Threatened us that if we weren’t there in 15 minutes they would leave and we would have to reschedule. Fortunately I had the technicians number and he said not to worry. He understands traffic and would be waiting. The dispatcher acted like she was doing us a favor by delivering the product we paid for and paid for delivery.
