During the delivery, there was a scratch on the Refrigerator, and when we reported that to the store, the unit was replaced. No hassle. So far, we are happy with the design and all the functions of the Refrigerator. We are happy that we have made the right choice and will be enjoying it for a long time.

Stand up freezer

First freezer had a dent underneath from factory. Easy to miss. Called service they replaced within 48 hours with a new freezer which was delivered and set up, the other one taken away. Delivery techs were very professional, apologetic and courteous. I would recommend!

LG Refrigerator / Freezer French Doors
