We love the fridge. The look is sleek and the backlit interior is luxurious on the grey. Would have 5 stars if our first one didn’t have an issue with the freezer door not sealing. Also the middle chiller box is under simplified in its capability.

My install was done quickly and professionally the men were courteous made sure to show me everything how everything worked, cleaned up after themselves and took out all the trash from the packaging. I would definitely recommend them.

This seems like a small thing to have done. But after the Texas Freeze of 2021 the value of having Geek Squad was important. A friend of ours water line broke at the refrigerator as part of the freeze and they are having to replace most of their kitchen. Have the pros install things give you extra protection against the unexpected. Or can save you from miss installation.

The refrigerator was installed without any problems they were on time they set it up for me asked me if the shopping was where I wanted it and did everything just fine. Took the oven away. Thank you.T

I was essentially scammed by the delivery system they offer. They delivered the new refrigerator, but instead of taking the old one, they left it in the middle of my kitchen. The old one was an LG French door, very similar to the new one, except it was Samsung. The delivery guy was in a hurry and said he couldn’t install the new one, so he just walked out while I was asking him for advice and if he had the customer service number. He completely ignored me and walked out, leaving the new fridge in the middle of my kitchen. I had to call a private company to come and install the new fridge and take the old one out, which I had paid extra $150 to Best Buy for that exact service.

They did an excellent job with installation. no damage to property.

Unit was delivered and installed few few days after the promised delivery date.. but overall great product at a great price
