They allowed us to keep the damaged fridge (so that we weren't without food storage) until the new unit arrived. When it came it, they switched it out for us. We felt like they treated us as if we were their own friends and family.

Geek Squad did excellent work.

They were very careful in delivering, unboxing, and installing my new refrigerator and waterline from Best Buy. When I asked them a question about a door handle from my old upright freezer which was detached during a recent U Haul move, the Geek Squad went out of their way to reinstall the upright freezer handle for me. I am very pleased with the work of the Geek Squad

My only complaint is that the delivery person removed my front door to bring the unit in. When we reinstalled my door, it wasn’t working properly. When questioned the delivery guy, he claimed my door was already like that. Beware!

I was really happy the quality of work. They were very polite and pleasant.

Awesome service

Also made sure there were no scratches or dents. There were 2 small dents and they said they would make sure to let someone know so we could get it taken care of. Very polite and considerate men
