They were very nice, but I can't say that I was because I found out that we had to get a special tubing to be able to install our refrigerator, The copper tubing that we've always had was no longer acceptable and had to have a plumber come out to change it before they were able to install the fridge. People should be made aware of these changes before the fact and not after. Sales people need to be made aware of any changes that are made regarding the requirements for any and all home appliance installations.

The initial install was good. The right door had unrepairable damage and a new refrigerator was ordered to replace this one. We were happy for the decision to take the door from the new one instead of replacing the entire frig. Well done Best Buy team! Thank you Wes Joseph for staying after the replacement over many weeks! The frig is slow to replace ice and is somewhat noisy too, but it works well and has great features. Satisfied!

Removed and installed from kitchen quick easy and efficently within 30 minutes

The installers were exceptional - polite, professional, hard working, and informative; and the install itself was seamless.

The team that delivered our refrigerator was really professional. They were ready for any questions we had and were able to install our refrigerator. We had over 6 attempted deliveries with different teams, same company, horrible experience. Either the teams insisted our door frame was too small to deliver the refrigerator (despite having the same model inside the home that had been delivered through the same door frame from best buy, as well) or they would call us telling us they accidentally brought the wrong vehicle. It was very upsetting because we lost alot of good produce waiting for our new fridge to be delivered over the course of, perhaps, maybe more than a month. All in all, that team was the complete opposite of the past teams that had "attempted" to deliver the refrigerator. The team just went in, did their job, answered any questions, and moved onto their next delivery for the day.

The delivery installation crew was very good and installed refrigerator without any issue.

The guys came in a knew for the most part what they were doing. One of them try to remove a (Sticker) but it was actually part of the refrigerator pad of buttons. It is now loose and might fall off at anytime. Connections is great no leaks its been over a year and good customer service.

The installers did a phenomenal job getting the fridge up the stairs and through the right doorway and actually listened to my wife (I have two doorways to the kitchen, one is bigger than the other). I just had my interior painted, but they took extra care with the walls. The guys were courteous and efficient.

Refrigerator is the perfect size. It is a great product.

The installers arrived on time and got the old unit removed and the new unit in quickly and without bumping into walls or anything that may have caused damage. The even took the front door off it's hinges to facilitate the move, and out it back together upon leaving. They really did do a great job. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is only because it wasn't quite "ready for use" as I still had to remove the plastic sheeting from all over the interior and exterior of the fridge, as well as installing all the shelving for the unit (it was all sitting inside the fridge wrapped in even more plastic). This is a minor complaint, though, as our primary reason for purchasing the installation was to avoid all the heavy lifting and we were certainly happy with that component of the installation.

They did an awesome job, totally professional, and they were even able to get it over the counter in my kitchen. I bought the fridge, understanding that it would fit in its location, but getting it there was going to be difficult, or so I thought. They used some big strap that went over their shoulders and managed to get it into the kitchen with no problems. The installation was quick and perfect.

Nice size , movable shelves not just in the main body of the fridge , but on the door too . Door can hold two gallons of milk side by side . The refrigerator also has a nice look with a stainless steel looking front . Magnets will attach to front as well as the sides , for notes , pictures , etc.

The delivery people were quick, efficient, just all around professional. Well worth the price for the installation. It probably would of taken me hours to install and move everything myself while it took them probably 20mins.

My refrigerator was delivered and installed by the nicest, knowledgeable guys. They were quick and friendly and answered all my questions and even called customer support for a dent that I noticed. I would mention their names, Rick and Jason but not sure if that is right
