Ready to Use Installation Not True

I was pleased with the move of the old to the garage. The rating is low because I had to have a neighbor come over to remove a mountain of blue tape from the inside of the new refrigerator. I told the delivery guy that I had nerve damage to my right hand and arm. He said that it did not matter because they were told not to remove anythng from the inside. I bought the refrigerator because Best Buy said "ready to use" if I paid the installation cost which I did. Will not buy anything else from Best Buy requiring installation.
