They unpackaged it before bringing it in so left no trash behind and went over all the initial instructions with me as they set it up. We’ve had Best Buy deliver and install our washer & dryer, TV with wall-mount & sound bar, and now refrigerator. Every single one has done an exceptional job!

Quick, efficient installation

The only problem was that they scratched our Hardwood floor during the process of getting it into place. It does look like insurance from Best Buy will take care of it.

The freezer had been delivered earlier in the week & was sitting in my dining room. The 2 guys brought it down to the basement. They placed it where I wanted it & adjusted the legs to make sure it was level. They cleaned up all packaging material. Very pleasant.

Refrigerator installation

They were quick and efficient. The only problem was they did not complete a thorough inspection before leaving. When I went to fill the bins into the freezer section, I noticed one of The rails was not attached properly. This has still not been corrected.

Luckily, I had a contractor there with some tools and freed up valve. Installers quickly hooked up the refrigerator with the water line. Moved old fridge to garage. Left in a hurry! Should have wiped off new fridge clean of finger prints. Otherwise very friendly and polite.
