Courteous & Good Communication
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Every time Best Buy has sent someone to my home to install a refrigerator and cart away the old one (yes, I've had several lemons in a row), the delivery / installation people were professional and great communicators. The most recent duo who came by yesterday took a few minutes to make sure I understood how to adjust the cooling and how long to wait before putting food in my fridge.

Great technician

Dispatcher was a little stuck up. Threatened us that if we weren’t there in 15 minutes they would leave and we would have to reschedule. Fortunately I had the technicians number and he said not to worry. He understands traffic and would be waiting. The dispatcher acted like she was doing us a favor by delivering the product we paid for and paid for delivery.

This was a replacement for a unit that was found to be defective. I must admit that Best Buy stands by the products they sell and will do what it takes to make things right for the customer...

Refrigerator install, and dishwasher install 3/11/
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Refrigerator install, purchased the waterline kit, and geek squad forgot to bring it out 3/11, same day flooded my kitchen, accident happened 3/11/2023, and still pending repairs, not a good day at all, nor should it take over a month to have my intend replaced and repair d. Provided the claims department (Sedgwick) all the information promptly, all info received, due to water and mold in home, had to take daughters to their pediatrician, for myself constant migraines for about 2 hours weeks now.
