Great guys, poor corporate install rules

The three stars are because the "installation" is misleading. They were unable to run a water line to my new refrigerator for ice/water which is one of the reasons I had opted to pay for the installation service in the first place. I had to seek additional services outside of Best Buy. It is not one and done if you need water routed to your new fridge. Only recommend if you can route water to fridge on your own or don't mind paying third party to do so.

They called before coming, showed up on time, and took great care with the install. The were professional, personable, and the install went smoothly.
