Love, love, love this refrigerator! It’s a little loud when it first cooling down after installation, but then you barely hear it after that! The quality of GE is there and price is decent.

The people who installed were amazing. They were quick and efficient. Incredibly kind and have nothing but nice things say about it.

I was amazed at how quickly and smoothly this installation went. I remember, with some pain, the installation of my previous fridge (not from Best Buy) when the crew struggled getting it into the house and took a piece off my door frame. This team (Silvio and Oscar) were very professional, cheerful and upbeat. They worked totally as a team, and clearly knew what to do with my old house and the tight turn from the hallway into the kitchen did not faze them. They took the doors off my house in minutes, the doors off the old fridge in minutes, and the whole thing moved out without any trouble. I didn't watch, but they had to maneuver up and down 15 very steep stairs from the driveway up to my house and I could not believe how quickly they accomplished that. The new one came in, they peeled off the protective wrap, they connected it, arranged the inside shelves, put on the door handles, put my house doors back on, cleared away any wrappings, plastic & styrofoam, left everything totally neat, The unit cooled down in hours. It was the best experience with an installation I have ever had. I'm going to use Best Buy from now on.

Installers were friendly and efficient and got right to the install. I appreciated the removal of the plastic that wraps the insider shelves as well.

The team that delivered our refrigerator was really professional. They were ready for any questions we had and were able to install our refrigerator. We had over 6 attempted deliveries with different teams, same company, horrible experience. Either the teams insisted our door frame was too small to deliver the refrigerator (despite having the same model inside the home that had been delivered through the same door frame from best buy, as well) or they would call us telling us they accidentally brought the wrong vehicle. It was very upsetting because we lost alot of good produce waiting for our new fridge to be delivered over the course of, perhaps, maybe more than a month. All in all, that team was the complete opposite of the past teams that had "attempted" to deliver the refrigerator. The team just went in, did their job, answered any questions, and moved onto their next delivery for the day.

Installation fella called and said they would arrive within 7 minutes. Called shortly after and said they need 5 more minutes. Did not show up and time changed from 12 PM to 218 PM arrival. Ended up showing up a half hour early and asked what was wrong with the refrigerator. Clearly not knowledgeable of service needed. Would've installed the refrigerator ourselves if we had the attachement.

The guys came and did a great job of working to install the refrigerator and ice maker. It wasn't making ice or giving out water and they couldn't figure it out. A new fridge was scheduled to be installed soon when I discovered a piece of tape keeping the water from flowing that clearly said "remove ". When I removed it, everything worked great!

I love the size of this fridge. It is easy to clean and easy to find what I need.

Delivery crew took extra effort to double check everything even though it was a simple plug in appliance, and informed us the duration required prior to use. Efficient and effective.

Bought on June 2024 and it is now December of 2025 and it has quit working. It worked very well but didn’t last long.

The initial install was good. The right door had unrepairable damage and a new refrigerator was ordered to replace this one. We were happy for the decision to take the door from the new one instead of replacing the entire frig. Well done Best Buy team! Thank you Wes Joseph for staying after the replacement over many weeks! The frig is slow to replace ice and is somewhat noisy too, but it works well and has great features. Satisfied!
