The delivery of our new refrigerator went well although one of the delivery men when loading it on the dolly almost dropped the refrigerator. They were a bit rough on handling the refrigerator.

Installation went so smooth and easy! The guys helped a lot and answered all my questions.

frig should have been left swing not right swing which I could not understand why at the time of delivery the doors had to be removed to get into house so why did I have to reschedule for someone to come out and fix.

The 2 installers arrived on time and had the frig installed in no time. Overall they were quite courteous; however, I asked if they would assist in removing the protective plastic covering, since I currently have a condition (frozen shoulders) that does not allow me full use of my arms and, if stressed, causes severe pain. I mentioned this to them but their response was, "that is the customer's responsibility." I also informed them that I preferred the handles be located on the right side. They told me that I would have to schedule an appointment at an additional cost of $30.00. I'm disappointed with Best Buy for the lack of customer service since I feel both of my requests should have been included in the installation cost.

We love our new Samsung refrigerator! We especially like how much room their is for fresh food on top and the extra large cheese drawer. We don’t freeze much food and prefer the freezer on the bottom. It is also very quiet. So far a great buy!
