Amazing service!!

They were professional and took the time set up and install the fridge. They took off all 1 million layers of plastic that the parts of fridge were wrapped in and they tested everything before leaving. I was really impressed at how well they did!

Great guys, poor corporate install rules

The three stars are because the "installation" is misleading. They were unable to run a water line to my new refrigerator for ice/water which is one of the reasons I had opted to pay for the installation service in the first place. I had to seek additional services outside of Best Buy. It is not one and done if you need water routed to your new fridge. Only recommend if you can route water to fridge on your own or don't mind paying third party to do so.

Be sure floor is covered not bare. Basic stuff, but one group is not the same another. BB uses different services company to do this. Easy install and service co was very good.

Great refrigerator!

Although it is counter depth in order to fit the cabinet, it is so much roomier than our prior frig of the same size. Love the interior design and the varied features including the craft ice. We love our LG washer, dryer, and TV and so far their refrigerator is equally impressive.

Samsung Refrigerator Installation

I did need help setting the temperature and needed to refer to the manual for help.
