We did a lot of research on refrigerators and couldn't be happier with our new LG French door refrigerator. Although it is counter depth in order to fit the cabinet, it is so much roomier than our prior frig of the same size. Love the interior design and the varied features including the craft ice. We love our LG washer, dryer, and TV and so far their refrigerator is equally impressive.

Guys were in and out in just a few minutes with replacement hoses and a quick set up. Very friendly.

As long as you have an existing water line available the connection is very easy. Just screw it on and you are set.

Love it....keeps food cold. Freezer great...just wish had individual egg holder. Water dispenser needs to come out jut a bit more, hard to fit cup or bottle to fill. May drip.

Came in, installed my fridge, hooked up my waterline, and switched the hinge on my door. All work was completed quickly and professionally. The only thing I would recommend would be to flush your waterline before hooking it up to the fridge. There was dirt in my first several batches of ice from my new/unused waterline.

I waited to write the review to make sure I was having the full experience. This refrigerator runs well, and the best feature to me is the bottom freezer- lots of room and easy to access everything. I'm glad the icemaker has a filter, but it is extremely difficult to change said filter. The worst part is that the left door of the fridge SLAMS shut unless you guide it closed. This rattles any glass containers in the door and knocks them over. I have paid my handyman to come and ensure the fridge is completely level from one side to another and from front to back, so this can only be a flaw in the door. It's terrible and makes me hate what would otherwise be a decent refirgerator.

We weren't sure if we wanted to pay for the installation but glad we did. The men were professional, took the old one out, installed the new one, and didnt leave any packaging for us to dispose of! Great experience!

Installation was quick and installers arrived on time and did an excellent job.

No leaks, no kinks, does the job. It is wise to always gets new flexible connection when refrigerator is replaced.

The 3rd party connecting water line to existing water valve was good, no leaks.
