White glove service

It was frustrating that I was forced to wait 2 weeks for the next delivery. Other than that when they came for the second delivery they did a great job

Great Delivery and Installation

Very thorough, professional and good humored. After installation, I got a full tour of the features and workings of the refrigerator. Then they did a detailed cleanup. After they loaded up the old refrigerator, they found an old envelope on top and returned it to me. Beautiful job!

We pointed it out to the delivery guy/installer. He immediately called Best Buy. They sent us a Best Buy gift card. Very good service by everyone.

Fridge Installation

My parents said the delivery team was phenomenal!! They took the time to explain what was going on to them. They measured to ensure the purchased items would fit before tracking everything to the door. Old fridge and range were removed. Due to their professionalism I would definitely purchase this service (in the event it wasn’t included in as a free offer with my purchase).

It could be installing water line and unboxing, but the best part is getting all stickers removed. Most tedious job done for so cheap and they will take full box away.

Quick appt availability and install

On first attempt the installer told us they would be unable to install bc a special team needed to install my type of stove. It was frustrating but the Best Buy geek squad phone operator was very helpful and got the right crew out there asap. Installation was quick.
