No stars! I purchased the refrigerator for a small kitchen corner because it stated reversible door hinges on the website. Best Buy has sent out 5 teams over 5 appointments of installers to unsuccessfully do a refrigerator door hinge reversal. In addition to these 5 scheduled service appointments, I have spent 20-30 hours on the phone with over 13 geek squad members, service schedulers, managers, supervisors and customer support employees and their problem is still not resolved. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing purchase experience. I am still waiting on the last return call to set up an appt to actually do this or return the refrigerator to Best Buy and purchase one from a company that does what the web site says it will.

Great fridge ! No damage at all excellent install great fast and professional installation ! Very courteous! Fridge is perfect size not to big not to small! Best Buy has great deals on appliances I will be shipping here again for many more great purchases! Thank you Best Buy team and the members who installed the fridge in impeccable timing

The 2 Grek Squad guys were excellent! Very mindful of our home. Efficiently stripped all the protective film, hooked up the water line and positioned it perfectly. They explained the operation well, went over the features and advised on running water and ice to clear the lines. A great value for the setup charge!

This install was completed with ease! They brought it up the flight of stairs to the kitchen with no issues. Once they put it together and installed the water connections, they ensured it was working properly and cleaned up after.

I have no problem with the installation. The installers were very professional. I don’t have any problems as of now the only thing my refrigerator had a dent on it and customer service was supposed to send me a gift card. I’ve been waiting for it for a month.

Love the refrigerator. Its exactly what my family and I needed has enough room for everything and then some.

Tools were included with refrigerator, they work great to assist with moving refrigerator for clean up.

The installers were very quick and helpful. They were quick to show me the slight damage from the loading dock workers and immediately called the Best Buy rep to give me detailed instructions. Too bad the loaders weren't more careful, or my experience would've been fine. I thought the installers would've given me some instructions or showed me how exactly to set up the fridge, but they were trying to exit asap. In hind site, the current situation we're all in dictated just how long they wanted to stay, and I didn't blame them for leaving so quickly. In fact, I'm glad the installation went so quickly. Very professional and very patient.

This freezer is perfect for our needs. It is compact, quiet and efficient. Most is all its 13.8 cf are carefully designed to provide maximum storage space. Bottom line: Awesome!

Guillen and Aguilera from A CTCI Delivery efficiently installed this Samsung refrigerator. They took the time to remove and discarded the plastic covering every nook and cranny. They ensured that the water was dispensing.

I've only been using my refrigerator for 1 week but so far I am absolutely loving it. I love the option of being able to open a separate or "front door" that I use for beverages without having to open the fridge and let the all of the cool air out. Important feature in Florida!

The installer that Best Buy sent for all of my appliance Installations was very good. He was very polite, professional, courteous and thorough. My one complaint about the installation itself was due to the wrong filter for the water being delivered with the refrigerator. Because of this he was unable to install the filter. The filter was taped inside the refrigerator when it was delivered and taken out of the box so neither of us could understand how the wrong filter could have been sent.

Was very hesitant to buy this fridge because of the cost. However i am glad i did love this fridge. Its a big ipad attached to my fridge Awesome.

The installers did a great job. My one concern is they took pictures and said they would start the exchange process on our refrigerator. However, after waiting a week I called and no exchange request was turned in. No huge, terrible thing but believe the follow through wasn't there.

Quick and easy install for a great garage upright freezer. I bake a lot and wanted some extra freezer storage for dough and ingredients and this fit the bill perfectly. The 2 delivery guys were super efficient and careful with the property. They had the freezer up and running in 5 minutes. Highly recommend!
