The guys came on time, were very professional, and got the refrigerator installed without problems. I was very impressed with how carefully they brough the new fridge in, and even more with how they took the old over-sized one out. Definitely worth the price.

This review is for the installation of my LG refrigerator, which came with an inside water dispenser and ice maker. My home was built in 1996 and only had a hook-up for water to the dishwasher. There are full cabinets from the sink to the new refrigerator location. The installer and his helper cut small holes through each cabinet and ran the new line. I am still impressed with their work every time I need something from one of the bottom cabinets. GREAT JOB!!

love this refrigerator! it is spacious and modern. i believe i can even program it to do things but i haven't yet

The delivery people were quick, efficient, just all around professional. Well worth the price for the installation. It probably would of taken me hours to install and move everything myself while it took them probably 20mins.

Purchased a new washer, dryer, and refrigerator when we moved into our new home and opted for delivery and installation. The gentlemen were courteous and friendly. They had the new washing machine and dryer unloaded, unboxed, and installed within 1.5 hours. Definitely recommend this service!

Easy to install on your brand new refrigerator. Quick install

Installation is straight-forward. The fridge had good shrink-wrap protection and it works well. No bells and whistles but seems to be a solid fridge worth the money.

On the second attempt to install our Samsung refrigerator, Felipe and his helper were super professional. They hooked up the refrigerator to the water line and did all the necessary adjustments and checks. Thank you Felipe for being super professional and helpful.

Nice size , movable shelves not just in the main body of the fridge , but on the door too . Door can hold two gallons of milk side by side . The refrigerator also has a nice look with a stainless steel looking front . Magnets will attach to front as well as the sides , for notes , pictures , etc.

The two people who delivered and install my new refrigerator were amazing and so professional threy didn't scratch the floor or anything. It took them less than 15 min and the new refrigerator was running.

Third time was a charm. it took (3) refrigerators to finally work properly. even this 3rd time, it required an LG tech to fix it as when closing the freezer door sounded like a 'whoopee cushion'. beautifully looking and nice features, but i think i was being sent 'open box' units that didn't work well. i finally requested a new unit in the box. but still it required that LG technician to adjust the 'whoopee cushion'

This refrigerator fits perfectly in the slot of my old fridge and has more room! Excellent product!

Our installer Jose went so far above and beyond i cant even explain it in so few characters. He was such a blessing!!

The installers arrived on time and got the old unit removed and the new unit in quickly and without bumping into walls or anything that may have caused damage. The even took the front door off it's hinges to facilitate the move, and out it back together upon leaving. They really did do a great job. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is only because it wasn't quite "ready for use" as I still had to remove the plastic sheeting from all over the interior and exterior of the fridge, as well as installing all the shelving for the unit (it was all sitting inside the fridge wrapped in even more plastic). This is a minor complaint, though, as our primary reason for purchasing the installation was to avoid all the heavy lifting and we were certainly happy with that component of the installation.

No water installation. Refrigerator came 10 days late.... Geek squad got her installed!

The delivery guy carried the new refrigerator in and plugged it in. They didn't say much.
