The installers were polite and knowledgeable in their work. They unwrapped the refrigerator outside so there was no mess in the house. It only took them a few minutes to hook up the water and slide it into place. Over all a very good job.

The guys came right on time as promissed. The removed my front door for clearance and walked or new fridge in with ease using these awesome straps. They even removed our old fridge and placed it on our patio for disposal. I asked them to let me connect my new braded water line. They gave me instructions on how to use the fridge water for the first time. They were finished in no time.

They moved my old fridge, placed the new one exactly where I wanted it, reversed the doors, wiped it down, showed my where the settings were located, cleaned up the area, and removed the packing cardboard always with a smile on their faces. Great job, guys!

For this particular model, make sure they turn off the ice maker button located on the top left of the frig under a snap cover. Otherwise all the contents in the freezer will freeze solid.

We love our new Samsung refrigerator! We especially like how much room their is for fresh food on top and the extra large cheese drawer. We don’t freeze much food and prefer the freezer on the bottom. It is also very quiet. So far a great buy!

The guys did a good job, but they had only one hose size which was not long enough. We had to hook up the old one. They should have had some accessories in their truck!
