The guys installed my freezer in my garage, installed the handle and tested it. In and out and everything great!

The installation went well although it had to be done on a different date than was originally set for. I was not told it was not coming and had all my freezer and refrigerator items removed for 5 hours and was first told when I called then that the stove and refrigerator weren't coming. We set up for 4 days later, but no one apparently entered it in, which I didn't get notice until I called the night before, so had to reschedule again. I was no tasked about what side I needed the hinges on so they had to come back a different day to change that. So several times I had to take off work. I was to get 4 appliances all on one day, and only got the microwave the first day.

Installer got the line going and tested it the connection before leaving. No leaks! Can't be happier.

Excellent service efficient professional installation

Geek Squad came to deliver and install refrigerator. We just moved into this house and came to find out we had to knock a few doors off in order to bring item inside. It was quite a headache. It was a 2 man team and they went above and beyond to help us get our dang fridge. I highly recommend the geek squad. They're amazing and super nice whenever I need their help.

Works as expected no problems happy with the product

They delivered on time and put it in place. They charged me for the water line that I did not need as I have a flexible copper water line. Didn’t leave it behind so I could return it. Also did not level the refrigerator to the floor just leveled the doors. So I had to spend about 1/2 hour leveling it to the floor. Then releveling the doors. For the delivery price it would have been nice if I didn’t have to fix their work.

Following the Installation of the refrigerator, the icemaker didn't continue working after the first ice drop. We called the Tech Center, We were advised to unplug it, wait 10 seconds, and then plug it back in. It has worked perfectly since then. Kinda like Alt, Control, Delete on our computers.

Installation was seamless and professional.careful handling.

I have had five schedule delivery appointments with no calls no show for return and replacement of my refrigerator that doesn’t cool, no water, ice maker doesn’t work and one door was bigger than the other. My mother 3000.00 in medication that was to be refrigerated and they issued a claim but since May 25th no one has called us to address it. We have been without a refrigerator since 5/25/21 and we’ve made numerous complaints.

The installers were quick in bringing it into the basement and setting it up.

Hate to hammer here, but facts are facts. Original installer didn't have the tools to hook my copper tubing to the stainless line I bought, and found later with the second install, had kinked and broken the copper. Second installer, a few days later, found the leak and cut back beyond it, and successfully hooked up the water supply. But he and his co-worker didn't pull up the feet of the fridge far enough to engage the wheels, and in yarding the thing around, dented the door faces. Best Buy did replace those door faces a week later, and things are now as they should be, but it was an on-going trial. Hence the 3 stars. I will recommend this service, because things were eventually made right, and also -- if you don't have the tools and the expertise, what are your options?

Fast, efficient, kind and answered all the questions we had!

The three gentlemen that installed my refrigerator were very efficient and fast. They did show up early for my appointment, but I was in the middle of a zoom meeting for work, so the lead offered to come back closer to the original time and they showed up promptly. They were in and out with the install and the old fridge in 20 minutes.

Nothing better than having the right tools necessary for the job. Just what is needed.
