The guys came right on time as promissed. The removed my front door for clearance and walked or new fridge in with ease using these awesome straps. They even removed our old fridge and placed it on our patio for disposal. I asked them to let me connect my new braded water line. They gave me instructions on how to use the fridge water for the first time. They were finished in no time.

The installation went well although it had to be done on a different date than was originally set for. I was not told it was not coming and had all my freezer and refrigerator items removed for 5 hours and was first told when I called then that the stove and refrigerator weren't coming. We set up for 4 days later, but no one apparently entered it in, which I didn't get notice until I called the night before, so had to reschedule again. I was no tasked about what side I needed the hinges on so they had to come back a different day to change that. So several times I had to take off work. I was to get 4 appliances all on one day, and only got the microwave the first day.

Delivered and setup went good. Arrived within the time frame they gave. Could have wiped off their fingerprints. I still had to remove the styrofoam and tape from the shelves and drawers.

Geek Squad came to deliver and install refrigerator. We just moved into this house and came to find out we had to knock a few doors off in order to bring item inside. It was quite a headache. It was a 2 man team and they went above and beyond to help us get our dang fridge. I highly recommend the geek squad. They're amazing and super nice whenever I need their help.

We had a great (2) man crew who had to work extra hard to carry our fridge up a steep paver driveway, the truck would have bottomed out. They also hauled away our previous unit. Both guys were very professional and personable with the entire delivery, installation and removal of old unit. Your hard work was appreciated.
