Appreciate the service

We ordered our refrigerator at the store and the representative asked if we already had a water line. We did and he said he would have the delivery team connect it to the new unit. The delivery team connected the current line and prior to sliding the refrigerator into place checked the water connection.

She informed me the delivery experience was a delight. The gentleman that carried it upstairs and installed. It was very respectful and a joy to be around. I am very pleased!

Repair installation

But Best Buy system took too long to resolve my issue. I had to wait 4days for service with my repair request. Did not know whether to use Samsung or geek squad. Finally used installation. Took too many calls to too many people to figure things out. The result is in the first sentence above. My rating is towards the service repair men. But the system to get results stinks.

Plenty of room for a 13.6# turkey, plus frozen meats, vegs, and ice creams. The refrigerator is roomy with see through shelves and drawers, plus great room on interior door.
