Now that the fridge is truly level the doors do not match up. The c clips it says it comes with to adjust door height were never woth the unit. Then try to deal with anyone from best buy. Im not sure whats worse. The install team, the customer service, or this pile of crap fridge that also leaks water since day of install.

Kitchen aid needs box not damaged byt refrigator was dented on both sides better quality control on how they ship merchandise.

Best Buy's Excellent Delivery Team

They were very bringing in and taking out the refrigerators. They spent the time explaining the refrigerator was set-up and it would take several hours to get cool. They further explained how you have to purge several gallons out before you have clear water.

Excellent!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These two delivery guys worked for 3 hours(from 5:30pm to 8:30pm) to be able to get the old refrigerator out and the new one in. They had to remove the doors and then lift it through the tight kitchen area and they were, obviously exhausted after working all day and night! We compensated them well for their awesome efforts!
