Simple mistakes not fixed

Nobody asked which way I wanted the doors to open and, when I noticed the doors were being put on opposite of what I wanted, I asked them to reverse what they were doing. Even though ours was much easier than the guys were expecting (garage delivery with no water line install), they claimed they couldn’t put more time into this install and that the instructions explained how I can reverse the doors.

Now that the fridge is truly level the doors do not match up. The c clips it says it comes with to adjust door height were never woth the unit. Then try to deal with anyone from best buy. Im not sure whats worse. The install team, the customer service, or this pile of crap fridge that also leaks water since day of install.

They had to remove the doors to fit it in our house and they did it without any issues. They were quick and courteous and professional. So nice to have somebody take pride in their work, which seems rare these days.

Love our fridge

We really like the small door opening for milk, etc rather than having to open the big door. And the middle drawer is very useful. One flaw is the middle shelf behind the dual door, it has a large bracket that limits height of items. I can't see why it is so deep.

Very Helpful and Needed

The new refrigerator couldn't fit through the front door, so they had to take the hinges off the door (they put them back before they left). After putting the refrigerator in place, they took the old one with them.

New Freezer from Best Buy

Totally had our new freezer installed and running and answered ally wofes questions before they left. They even took our our old freezer and hauled it off too.
