The setup was quick and seamless, but...

It took us a while to figure out both of these things, and I'm certain the setup guys could have told us about them in seconds.

Best delivery and set-up

Best Buy is no nonsense, get the job done right the first time. Absolutely the best delivery and set-up with no surprises.

Fridge still not functioning properly Bad install

No help from Best Buy. Just said told me to contact Samsung. Very dissatisfied with service and product

They had to remove the doors and then lift it through the tight kitchen area and they were, obviously exhausted after working all day and night! We compensated them well for their awesome efforts!

Give installers training to install properly.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was told by the installers that I needed to have the water line in either stainless steel or plastic, and my current water line is copper. They told me I needed to hire a plumber to install the correct line and hook it up to the refrigerator. In the install manual it specifically states that copper or stainless steel are preferred and to NOT use plastic due to it cracking and causing water damage. My father is a plumber and came down to install the water line for your installers and informed me that they were quite capable of doing this themselves. Which is adorable considering I paid for the installers so my dad wouldn’t have to come down.
