Usually getting installation services is a very dicey game. Recently I purchase these services for a large TV and it was not a good experience at all. But with the fridge/freezer installation here I've had nothing but excellent experiences. We purchase several of these annually and the professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail are excellent.

The installers did an amazing job. They walked through our house to make sure they had the best path, gave us time to clean after they moved the old fridge, and then set everything up right the first time. Plus they were friendly.

The installation agreement indicated that all packing materials interior and exterior of the refrigerator would be removed and hauled away. The delivery team did not remove any interior packaging. When I questioned them about removing the interior packing they said they could no longer remove any interior packing.

When researching the refrigerator with ice-maker the website indicated you needed to obtain a kit to connect to water supply. We ordered our refrigerator at the store and the representative asked if we already had a water line. We did and he said he would have the delivery team connect it to the new unit. The delivery team connected the current line and prior to sliding the refrigerator into place checked the water connection.

The service/installers were pretty good at getting the job done as well as answering questions. Overall pretty clean and efficient.

Prompt installation of new water line for my LG refrigerator was performed by your techs. It took a little maneuvering to get past the large island, but they were very good at it.

The two gentleman who came to deliver/install my new LG fridge were very professional, knowledgable, and careful of both my home and the new (and old) fridge that was being delivered (taken away). Couldn't be more pleased with their work and results.
